1st deposit: 20% payable on exchange of lease draft, including res. Fee
2nd Deposit: 20% Payable on completion of foundation
3rd Deposit: 20% Payable on completion of superstructure and roof
Final Deposit: 40% Payable on completion and handover

15,000 Baht per square Wah, all cash, for developed lot - maximum 6 available Developer must appprove building plan on lot purchased
