    Terms of Payment (Homes):
    100,000 Baht to reserve a lot or home, 50% refundable for 7 days prior to issuance of reservation agreement. Exchange of Lease Contract within 10 days

    1st deposit: 20% payable on exchange of lease draft, including res. Fee
    2nd Deposit: 20% Payable on completion of foundation
    3rd Deposit: 20% Payable on completion of superstructure and roof
